Project Details

Being a sucker for good type design, I have explored some type design directions for several purposes; from commissioned branding projects to fun explorations. For now, these are still in the works, the full typefaces will be available for download in due time.

Exploration 01: Unnamed Serif

Taking cue from Mark 10:8, (and two shall become one), I created this typeface as part of the brand assets for my client's wedding ceremony. As inspired by the verse, on the typeface, two 'strokes' come together to form each letterform. Genius, innit?

Exploration 03: Tolotolo

Sometime ago, I made a trip during which I came across this truck that had some Nigerian indigenous typography on it. Due to my heightened interests in type design, I took pictures of it. I got highly inspired by the 'T' in that image, and I went around to create this typeface, which I named 'Tolotolo'. Also inspired by Sunny Neji's music of the 2000's. ✨
